Case of Turnstile Application in Industrial Park​

A large industrial park previously faced the problem of chaotic management of personnel and vehicle entry and exit. External visitors entered and exited at will, bringing great hidden dangers to the safety of the park; the passage of internal employees, bicycles, electric vehicles, etc. lacked orderly control, which not only affected the traffic efficiency of the park but also was not conducive to internal management. In order to improve this situation, the park decided to introduce an efficient and intelligent turnstile system. After multiple inspections and comparisons, it finally chose us as a partner.

In response to the needs of the industrial park, we have customized a set of turnstile systems with various styles for it. The specific configurations are as follows:

• Pedestrian passage: A special turnstile is set up, using the wing gate style. The width of the passage is moderate, which can meet the needs of pedestrians for quick passage.
• Bicycle passage: Considering the passage needs of employees' bicycles and electric vehicles in the park, a widened swing gate is equipped as the bicycle passage to ensure that vehicles can pass smoothly.
• Multi-channel combination: According to the spatial layout of the park entrance, the pedestrian passage and bicycle passage are reasonably combined to form a multi-channel passage mode, which effectively diverts different types of passage objects.

In terms of identification methods, the system integrates a variety of advanced identification technologies:

• Face recognition: Through high-precision face recognition cameras, the facial information of passing personnel is quickly collected and compared. It has a fast recognition speed and high accuracy, which can effectively prevent the situation of using others' identities to pass.
• RFID identification: Employees in the park are issued work cards equipped with RFID chips. Employees only need to bring their work cards close to the identification area to complete identity verification, making passage convenient and efficient.

At the same time, the system also has a number of practical functions:

• Anti-tailing function: The system adopts infrared radiation technology, which can accurately detect the number of people in the passage. When someone tries to tail behind the person in front to enter, the system will immediately issue an alarm and close the passage, effectively preventing unauthorized personnel from entering the park.
• Visitor record function: External visitors need to register at the park gate. The registration information will be synchronized to the gate system. When a visitor enters the park through the designated passage, the system will automatically record the entry time; when leaving, it will also record the departure time, which is convenient for the park management personnel to track and manage the visitors.

Since the turnstile system was put into use, the management level of the industrial park has been significantly improved. The entry and exit of personnel and vehicles in the park have become orderly and standardized, which effectively prevents external irrelevant personnel from entering the park at will and greatly improves the safety of the park.
